At Merlin Perfumes, we are committed to providing a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our valued customers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We offer fast and reliable delivery using approved shipping companies, with free shipping options available upon request.


Order processing and delivery times

  • Order processing time:

Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days. However, orders requiring printing may take up to 3 business days, in addition to shipping and delivery time.


  • Delivery time:

From 3 to 7 working days. The timeframe may be affected during holidays due to the shipping company being closed for the official holiday, provided that the shipping process is completed on the first working day after the holiday.

  • Aramex is a safe and reliable shipping company, delivering orders inside and outside the city of Jeddah.


Shipping cost

  • Inside and outside Jeddah: 20 riyals.
  • Free shipping: When you buy for 100 or more


Delivery times

Orders are delivered throughout the week, except for Fridays and public holidays.


Cancel Orders

  • It is possible to cancel the order before the shipping process begins.
  • If a message is sent to the customer stating that the order has been "completed and is being delivered", then the order cannot be canceled after it has been handed over to the shipping company.
  • In case of non-receipt: If the customer is unable to receive the shipment after repeated attempts to contact them, they must bear the costs of the returned shipment.
